Hangover Infusion

A hangover refers to a set of symptoms that occur as a consequence of drinking too much. Typical symptoms include fatigue, weakness, thirst, headache, muscle aches, nausea, stomach pain, vertigo, sensitivity to light and sound, anxiety, irritability, sweating, and increased blood pressure.

Although there is no known definitive treatment for a hangover, our Hangover Infusion is formulated to treat a hangover’s most daunting maladies: dehydration and nausea.

Mixture Details:

Normal Saline
Drinking alcohol can cause dehydration, which may make some hangover symptoms worse. Normal saline, also known as 0.9% NaCl, serves to hydrate the body; reducing hangover symptoms such as, thirst, fatigue, headache, and dizziness.

Zofran
Zofran, also known as an anti-emetic, serves to combat one of the most daunting symptoms of a hangover: nausea. It is thought that ondansetron’s antiemetic action is mediated mostly via antagonism of vagal afferents with a minor contribution from antagonism of central receptors.
